Round Lake

Adirondack Trail, State Rt. 30, near Tupper Lake in Franklin County

While not living up to its name, being more of a wedge or triangular shape, this particular Round Lake is southwest of Tupper Lake village.

Round Lake is within the William C Whitney wilderness area. Special fishing regulations apply, therefore check your fishing guide for details. Visitors can access Round Lake via Route 30, to Sabattis Road on Left. Take the dirt Sabattis Road for 3 miles, cross over bridge and stay left. Parking area is on the right side of Sabattis Road before Round Lake.
