Historic Indian Lake is host to white water rafting on the Hudson River and is at the heart of four-season fun and adventure. .
Birders love this area, especially in spring and fall, because it is ona main migratory route for many species of birds. This is also an area of the Adirondacks where moose sightings are frequent. If your a novice or experienced whitewater rafter, sign up for the adventure of a life time with one of the outfitters who will take you through the Hudson River Gorge, ranked by fans as one of the top ten whitewater trips in the U.S.
